The Down Comforter Store will ship your order to any location within the contiguous United States. All shipments are FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground (5-7 days), unless checked differently.

Returns 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from www.thedowncomforterstore.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days for store credit only in original condition & packaging, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Personal items of bedding such as comforters, sleeping pillows & mattress pads are final sale if used by the customer. Special orders, custom work and items discounted 40% or more are final sale.
Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Authorization Number, which may be obtained by e-mailing us at customerservice@thedowncomforterstore.com. Please place the number on the outside of the package. All packages received by www.thedowncomforterstore.com without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Credit You can expect a credit within 7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Contact Us to request a Return Authorization #. We will respond shortly with your Return Authorization #. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA). After request has been submitted and the return label received, please place the label on the outside of the package. All packages received by www.thedowncomforterstore.com without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:
