All shipments are FREE SHIPPING via Fedex Home Delivery (4 business days), unless checked differently. Orders to Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee of $20 as checked on the order. Please contact us for shipping cost to other countries. Expedited shipping is available - please contact us.
Return Information:
We make returns easy; simply return your order within 30 days from purchase date.
We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please circle or write the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or on this paper.
Please write a reason for return.
Items that are marked “Special Order”, “Final Sale” or “Closeout” are non-returnable.
All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
We cannot accept returns of linens that are used, laundered, or
soiled. If your order contains bed sheets or Duvet Cover set, these are
only returnable if they have not been removed from zippered package.
Orders with Bed sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded
and/or washed are not returnable.
You can expect a credit within 7 days of our receiving your returned product.
